Sensise Business Services (“Sensise”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides business setup, licensing, PRO services, visa processing, accounting, tax, and corporate bank account assistance in the United Arab Emirates.

We are not a law firm or a bank. We act as your authorized consultant and service facilitator.


3. Our Services

We help you:

  • Register a company in UAE Mainland or Free Zones

  • Obtain business licenses

  • Process residency visas and immigration

  • Open corporate bank accounts (with partner banks)

  • Provide accounting, bookkeeping, VAT, and corporate tax services

  • Register trademarks and arrange health insurance

All services are subject to approval by relevant UAE government authorities.


4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and documents

  • Pay all applicable fees on time

  • Comply with UAE laws and regulations

  • Not use our services for illegal or fraudulent activities

  • Inform us immediately of any changes to your information or business

We rely on the information you provide. We are not liable for delays or rejections caused by incorrect or incomplete information from you.


5. Fees and Payments

  • All fees are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

  • Fees must be paid in full before services are commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Government fees, third-party charges, and visa costs are subject to change by authorities and will be passed on accordingly.

  • Refunds are at our discretion and generally not available once work has commenced or government fees have been paid.


6. Third-Party Services and Authorities

We act as your agent to submit applications to UAE government departments (DET, Free Zones, GDRFA, FTA, etc.) and banks.

We do not control:

  • Processing times, decisions, or policies of these authorities

  • Bank approval decisions or account opening timelines

We are not liable for any delays, rejections, or changes imposed by third parties.


7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website – including text, logos, graphics, and software – is owned by or licensed to Sensise and is protected by UAE and international copyright laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written permission.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:

  • Our services are provided “as is” and “as available”.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.

  • Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.


9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Sensise harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

  • Your breach of these Terms

  • Your violation of any UAE law or regulation

  • Any misrepresentation or inaccurate information you provide


10. Confidentiality

We treat your business and personal information as confidential. We will not disclose it to third parties except:

  • As necessary to provide our services (e.g., government authorities, banks)

  • To comply with legal obligations

  • With your explicit consent

11. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel a service by written notice. Fees already incurred (including government fees, processing fees) are non-refundable.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you breach these Terms or if required by law.


12. Communications

We may contact you by email, phone, or SMS regarding your services, inquiries, and marketing (if you have consented). You can opt out of marketing anytime.


13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (applicable in the mainland).

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, the dispute shall be referred to the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.

 


14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the effective date. Your continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
